Tempting The Best Man (Gamble Brothers #1)
J.Lynn
Published April 23rd 2012 by Indulgence
Format: Kindle
Pages: 172

Goodreads: Madison Daniels has worshipped her brother's best friend since they were kids. Everyone thinks she and Chase Gamble would make the perfect couple, but there are two major flaws in their logic. 1) Chase has sworn off relationships of any kind, and 2) after blurring the line between friends and lovers for one night four years ago, they can't stop bickering.

Forced together for her brother's wedding getaway, Chase and Madison decide to call a truce for the happy couple. Except all bets are off when they're forced to shack up in a tacky 70’s honeymoon suite and survive a multitude of "accidents" as the family tries to prove their "spark" can be used than for more than fighting. That is, if they don't strangle each other first…

I got this book because my Friend say i had to!! am a big fan of Jennifer's books so i wanted to read it but i didn't no what her adult books would be like as I've only read her young adult book but in true Jennifer fashion she didn't disappoint!

Madison has been in love with her brother friend since they were kids! But after an almost night together she has been trying to avoid him ever since (but when u live in the same apartment block as the guy and go to the same gym not to mention he's your brother friend that's kind of hard) but fate has another idea in mind. forced together for her brothers wedding the tension is unmissable! when they are forced to share a room the tension between them goes up a notch! well they give in to temptation after a series of  'accedents' or will they strangle each other to death and ignore the spark between them?

I didn't no what to expect from Jennifer's adult books but i enjoyed this one! I thought the story line was good and i was laughing all the way through it! the tension and bickering between them is so funny! I was just laughing all the way through!

I thought Madison was really funny, i laughed so much when she got drunk! i did feel really sorry for her that she has love chase for ages and they keep having almost moments! Chase is equally funny but i felt super sorry for him trying to keep his feelings hidden, but he was so sweet near the end! and what can i say about her parents they made me laugh so much!

I would definitely read this book!

I've had this book on my kindle for a while but didnt no what to expect, i knew it was up my street so i had to read it!

I really liked the storyline it was like nothing i have read before so i loved the idea, i was laughing so much at the experiemnts they do because it reminded me of my days at uni and the experiments we had to do! I nearly cried at this book and not because it was sad but her nana dies and she has to cook in her nanas house and be in the house without her nana, after i lost my nana i found being in her house hard and cooking things we cooked together really had so i thought that part of the story was sad!  i thought the overall plot was good because you can see that things are happening and unraveling and your just waiting for something to come and get her!

All of the characters in the book are great! Corinne is just a normal teenager that has to come to terms with the fact her life is not going to play out the way she thought it would. Her friend is equally good  and Mason is sweet!

I really  enjoyed the book it was a nice read, good plot, i cant wait to read the next one and see how their lives play out

Pages: 294

Goodreads:When Lexie Anderson’s mother suddenly announces she is marrying a Romanian immigrant, Lexie willingly leaves behind her busy life in Connecticut for her penance in “The Moose Capital of the World.” Small town living is strange enough, now Lexie must cope with her overbearing stepfamily monitoring her every move. They disappear into the woods at night and keep a strange secret locked in their shed. Her once calm mother is now having violent outbursts and Lexie’s little sister is hearing sinister sounds coming from the forest behind their new home. Lexie’s biggest surprise comes when she discovers the boy she has been dreaming about since her accident is living in Maine. Despite Torin’s questionable reputation, Lexie cannot resist the physical and emotional attraction pulsating between them. Animals and people in town are turning up dead and Lexie learns the strange new world she lives in has real life monsters. Just when she decides she wants to be with Torin forever, she must fight to protect her mother and sister from being harmed by a formidable evil.

This was another book i found on my Kindle but can't remember buying, I was stuck away from home so this was my life line!

After the death of her father Lexie is Shocked when her mother suddenly remarries and moves her to a new state. In an attempt to make her mother happy Lexie doesn't complain about the move and deals with her overbearing step brothers.  With her mother changing from a close caring mother to having distant and sudden outbursts Lexie is feeling alone, her privacy is violated, her sister is hearing strange noises, her brothers disappear into the woods at night... could this move get any more weird? her life changes for ever when the boy she has been dreaming about is real and living in the town! but with hidden secrets, shocking truths and people and animals disappearing can see make it in this strange town? Are her and Torin destined to be together or like her dream is something more sinister at work and will they be torn apart?

I didn't no what to expect of this book but i really enjoyed it. i thought the storyline was good but maybe a little rushed but for the number of pages it was fine. there were a few tricks and turns where i thought ah i know who did it then i got to the end and went what! how didn't i see that coming! it was really good!

I Felt so sorry for Lexie at times, she blames herself for the death of her dad, then her mam remarries, then she is stuck with overbearing brothers who don't respect her privacy even take the lock off her door, her phone contract gets cancelled, her Internet gets cancelled. just reading it made me feel trapped! i hated some of the characters but you will have to read to find out which because it would give the story away if i told!

I really enjoyed the book i will be reading the second book to find out what happens!

Daimon (Demonica)
Pelaam
Published May 12th 2012 by Silver Publishing
Format: Kindle
Pages: 75

Goodreads: Daimon, a demon of charismatic sexuality, prefers to focus on his own carnal pleasures rather than concern himself with the wider world and the ever-present battle of light and dark. To that end, he lives in a large house with just a few remote neighboring properties. However, even he is unable to resist a call for help that reaches deep into his psyche. After rescuing a beautiful prisoner, Daimon becomes involved in reuniting lovers kept apart by a disapproving father. He finds himself attracted to the man who was keeping the young beauty as a prisoner. Unsure whether this is simply an over-anxious father or something darker, Daimon will need to not let his nature rule his head.

I found this book on my kindle i can barley remember buying it but i was in the mood for a short story so i thought i'd give it a try.

Daimon is a pleasure seeking Demon who seeks the finer things in life. One day his life changes forever when he senses something...lycans! On inspection of there house he finds a beautiful male cub whos been taken prisoner from his mate. but something else it in that house and it whispers in to his brain.... soul mate. Daimon helps the young lycan on an attempt to find his mate! but will daimon find his?

I have to say first off that i didn't like this book. Its no disrespect to the auther because other people may love it, it just wasnt for me! I found most of the book made me sick, the extremely graphic sex scenes  between male demon and a lycan was to much for my liking! most of his made me crindge and i wanted to be sick! i've read erotic Novels a few times with some fairly graphic sex scenes but this was something else!

part of me liked the caring nature of the demon to help the young lycan find his mate the other half hated him for been sex crazed and saving a young lycan hoping he would 'reward him' in the moring!
some of the characters are nice but it just wasnt my cup of tea!

I found the book rather boring and it just wasnt for me. Dont take my word for it as you may like it but it wasnt for me

The storyline was amazing, i thougth it was heart warming and i think alot of people could relate to the feelings you get when you lose someone close to you! At some points i just wanted to cry! and others well...... dont read this book in your grandads living room with a mouth full of coke!

I loved all the characters in the book! Braden is such a macho man but also a real pain in the butt but equally sweet and sexy at the same time!Jocelyn is such as strong willed character! she is so kick ass! I laughed at somepoints where she was so funny and felt so sorry for her at others! if you dont love her i'll be shocked! ellie is the most amazing best friend you could have she is just so funny even when her story is heart breaking she just adds joy to the book!

If you dont like this book then i will be so surprised! its amazing and so worth the read! i know its under the 50 shade section but trust me its so much better! and nothing like it!
