Deep Black (Nick Stone # 7)
Andy McNab
Published: September 1st 2011 by Corgi (first published November 1st 2004)
Format:Paperback
Pages:512

Goodreads: Nick Stone's future looks bleak. The only person he's ever loved is dead. The only people who might save him have turned their backs.
Until a chance encounter reunited him with a man whose life he saved ten years ago. What seems a simple quest in Baghdad takes Stone into the heart of a chilling conspiracy, from violent Bosnia, through lightening-paced action in Iraq. But too late, he realizes that he is being used as bait to lure into the open a man he believes can offer some salvation. A man whom the darker forces of the West will stop at nothing to destroy...

Nick Stone  is coming to terms with the death of Kelly and event that brought him face to face with another dead girl who haunts him. To make matters worse circumstances bring him face to face with a man he saved 10 years ago in the same place the young girl died.  All his old friend wants is to get one last photo and for Stone to go with him to protect him. The photo he wants? The man Stone saw in the same place Zina was killed! His interested is spiked and he wants answers! But when disaster starts to occur everywhere Stone goes he questions what he is going. Things only get worse when he finds out hes been set up by the one man he hates. Will Stone get out of this alive or now he has quit the firm is this is final good bye?

Its been a while since i read an Andy McNab book. As much as i love the books i found reading 6 back to back was starting to get boring as all the books have a similar layout.  So i put this book down in July and picked it back up this month and i have to stay am glad i did because i enjoyed them again am going straight in to reading the next one. As always McNab has wrote an action packed adventure where you will constantly be guessing  constantly on edge waiting for the next thing to happen. That is one thing i like about this book is you have the same feeling as the character knowing you have nothing, no matter where you go the enemy will find you and you have know idea when they are coming and you have no resources to help! The one thing i really liked about this book as Stone was on his own, he has traveled with Jerry on his own not with the firm. He has know weapons or gadgets and no funding or resources, i liked that he has to think on this feet and make the most of what he can get around him. I was gripped by this book from the beginning to end, With McNab's books you always know a twist is coming. In this book i was sat going its him it has to be hes the bad one, nope i was wrong! an adrenaline action filled adventure!

I liked Stone in this book, you saw a more vulnerable side after Kelly died and actually see him having to come to terms with her death and also come to terms with some of his past that is haunting him. I thought Stone was more macho in this book as he was on his own and had to make his own decisions and make his own way it wasn't just a mission.

An amazing action packed thriller!

Mine completely ( The Billionaire's Obsession Valentines day Romance)

Published: January 15th 2013 by Scott Publishing
Format: Kindle
Pages: 68

Goodreads:
Author Note: This book is a short story add-on which is part of The Billionaire's Obsession Trilogy. If you chose to read this book without first reading The Billionaire's Obsession trilogy, you probably won't understand the references to previous events or the characters' personalities. It is recommended that you read Kara and Simon's story before reading this book.

This was a nice ending to the series and tied up all the ends and left it open for Maddie and Sam's story.

Kara and Simon have now been together for a year and are a month away from getting married when Kara starts to act strangely Simon is frantic to find out whats wrong! he is over joyed when he finds out Kara is pregnant! There relationship is stronger than ever but it is the other Hudson brother how is trying to win his girls heart, but will he succeed?

I like this book it was a nice ending to Kara and Simon's story. I enjoyed the fact that Kara accepted his money and their relationship in this book  and Simon his more easy going. I liked that you got to see Kara as a qualified nurse. I was so happy when i found out that Kara was pregnant! after what the couple have been through they deserved a happy ending. you could still see elements of their old ways of Kara not wanting Simon's money and Simon being an over baring fool but it was nice to see that the author wasn't trying to make there relationship seem perfect, it felt very down to earth am more real than the other books. I thought it was a good cross over that you saw Simon getting his happy ending but Sam just trying to get his.

A Lovely end

Published:  November 25th 2012 by Scott Publishing
Format: Kindle
Pages:74

GoodreadsMine Forever is Book 3 of The Billionaire's Obsession trilogy and is not a stand alone book. Mine For Tonight, Book 1 and Mine For Now, Book 2 should be read before this title.
Genre: Adult Contemporary Erotic RomanceDown on her luck, nursing student and full-time waitress Kara Foster gets a massive blow to her already desperate financial situation that will surely find her living on the streets. Needing nothing less than a miracle to save her, Kara gets rescue from an unknown, unlikely and overwhelming source. Billionaire Simon Hudson makes her an offer that is impossible to refuse, but terrifying to accept from a man that she's never met. Will the handsome, alpha billionaire really be a solution to her problems, or will he end up being a major complication and a danger to her emotional sanity?Reclusive billionaire Simon Hudson would rather be behind a computer creating computer games than rubbing elbows with the elite and he knows exactly what he wants...until he meets Kara Foster. Something about Kara touches Simon in ways he's never experienced and definitely doesn't like. For over a year, Simon watches over Kara, but stubbornly refuses to admit his desire to possess her, not even to himself. But when she ends up in a situation that could very well be her destruction, Simon steps up to help her, not realizing that in saving Kara, he might very well be salvaging his own soul.

Kara wakes in hospital after a brutal attack with Simon by her side. She moved back to in his house and their relationship progresses again, Kara worries about whether she is becoming to attached to Simon when he doesn't form long term relationships or gets emotionally involved. but when Simon opens up about his past and goes all out on valentines day Kara cant help but feel like there relationship is going somewhere. Will Simon and Kara make it or are they destined to be alone.

I wanted to read this book after reading the other two. I didn't no what to expect as i didn't like the first book but liked the second one and i think this was the best book yet. The storyline picked up from where the last book ended. I thought the book had more content that the other books and flowed better. I still think that it would have been better if all 3 books had been put in one book, i sounds when you read it as if it was wrote as one book then split in to 3 i wasn't impressed with the books at first but i think had bit been all one book it would have flowed better and been a really good book as it is its split up in inappropriate place and makes the story  end and start in places where it should have ended.

The characters are the same as in the other books i think you see a softer side of Simon in this book as his walls crumble and you see a more confident side of Kara.

A great finish to the series

Goodreads: Mine For Now is Book 2 of The Billionaire's Obsession trilogy and is not a stand alone book. Mine For Tonight, Book 1, should be read before this title.

Needing nothing less than a miracle to save her, Kara gets rescue from an unknown, unlikely and overwhelming source. Billionaire Simon Hudson makes her an offer that is impossible to refuse, but terrifying to accept from a man that she's never met. Will the handsome, alpha billionaire really be a solution to her problems, or will he end up being a major complication and a danger to her emotional sanity?
Reclusive billionaire Simon Hudson would rather be behind a computer creating computer games than rubbing elbows with the elite and he knows exactly what he wants...until he meets Kara Foster.

Kara is unsure about a night she spent with Simon. to her this was something special but when her takes her to her own room she believes she must be wrong. They fall in to a comfortable routine and there relationship starts to grow. Kara is the one for Simon and she starts to break down his walls including seeing his scares and sleeping together without blindfolds and restraints. Kara starts to fall for Simon and feels like there starting something so when she is invited to his big birthday party at his brother mansion she is nervous to not let him down and make a good impression. Unfortunately her night goes far from planned in an attempt to get some fresh air she sees Simon out side with a perfect blonde around his neck making an agreement for his next submissive, and when the blonde pulls his lips to her its to much for Kara she leaves the party goes back to the his house and packs her stuff.  when a distraught Simon gets home he finds Kara gone! With his brother trying to get her to speak to him will Simon get Kara back?

After reading the first book i wasn't sure what to make of this book. i have to say this book was better than the first one. unlike the first one this book had more content and more of a story line. I think if this book and the first had been put in to one book it would have been a lot better. it was a nice short story. I enjoyed the relationship between Kara and Simon. I am looking forward to reading the next book.
i still think all books should just have been one book as this book also ended in a stupid place where it made no sense to leave the story.
I liked Kara in this book shes still strong willed and gives Simon a run for his sanity, Simon is good in this book as he is coming out his shell more and more. The wounded bird aspect still irritates me.

A good read

Reclusive billionaire Simon Hudson would rather be behind a computer creating computer games than rubbing elbows with the elite and he knows exactly what he wants...until he meets Kara Foster.

Nursing student Kara is down on her luck, shes been struggling since the death of her parents constantly fighting to survive. Juggling Work and school she is exhausted and her day gets a whole lot worse when she spills coffee down her clothes meaning she has to accept her friends barley there clothing. After work her day gets worse when she almost passes out in the street from a virus. luckily her bosses son Simon was there to save her and take her to his house. little did she know Simon has been watching her a long time just wishing to have her in his bed. Kara's life takes another turn for the worst when she finds out her flat mate has taken all of her stuff and shes been evicted from her flat. worried about where she is going to live and how to get on her feet Simon offers her everything, she can live with him he will buy her things and financially support her on one condition....... she stops working........ and he can have one night with her fully surrendered, will she submit to his charm or walk away?

I got this book on my kindle free from amazon so i thought i would give it a chance. It was a nice short story so i could read it in one sit. i thought the story line was ok and i enjoyed. I thought they could have been more to the story but for the 55 pages it wasn't bad,
i do question why like christian grey he has loads of money its a bit like a teenage girls childish fantasy to have a rich man on the plus i liked this book better than fifty shades Simon was far less irritating than christian. I think it might have been better to put at least the first two books together as not significant happens in the first book and there's no build she up, she loses everything stays in a strangers house then has sex with him the it just ends, the ending is so random i would have preferred it to have some meaning its like the story just ends in the middle of a book there's no cliff hanger or anything her puts her in her room she rolls over sad ans has a dream and it just ends. I just thought there was something missing.

I liked the characters, i found Simon to be over baring and irritating but like all stereotype erotic dominant men he has deep wounds , i would to see a dominant character without underlying heart break. i know it is supposed to create the illusion of being soft underneath and vulnerable but you can do that without him being emotionally scared. I liked Kara he was determined and independent. I really felt for her, you see the vulnerable side in the hopeless situation she is in.

a nice little read

But that is no where near as simple as it seems! with Seth back on the seen claiming he has changed , two gods toying with her emotions and a untrustworthy god leading them in to the underworld to unleash hell on earth the stakes have never been higher.Alex must become the god killer to destroy Ares. But can she do it? will Seth really pass his power over? will the pressure destroy her before she succeeds? even if she succeeds what will be left of the world after Ares?

This was a fantastic end to the series! Once again Jennifer has wrote a Magical story full of adventure, heart break, action and suspense. I was hanging on the end of my seat for the whole book. The were parts of the book where i was like no! parts where i could feel the anxiety setting in my stomach and times when i was like awwwwwww and believe me times when you will go WHAT! did that just happen. I thought the story was amazing it tied all the ends of the other books together and bought them together for and amazing end. I want to cry at the  end of the book it was so perfect. when i was getting close to the end i was sat going no! that can not happen! she can  not leave it like that! but thankfully the ending was perfect! in is heart warming. I loved how the book kept you guessing, you are sat going what are they going to do? the you get a slight but of information that sort of answers the question but you are still kept guessing how it is going to turn out. I loved the contrast between the loved between Alex and Aiden, the friends and the action in the battle. Once again Jennifer provided and amazing story that will captivate you from the first page and have you addicted.

Alex was amazing in this book, at the beginning when she was moping and not communicating with Aiden i was irritated but later when the old kick ass Alex was back i was over the moon and loved her witty humour.  Aiden is as swoon  worthy as ever if  not i loved him more in this book! he is cute but yet so manly and macho at the same time.  I hated Seth in the other books and i mean a hate beyond a way I've hated a character before but in this book her totally makes up for been a tool and by the end all was forgiven and i loved him!

An amazing book and a brilliant end to the series it a must read!

Hi Everyone i am so excited to be hosting the souls Of the Rain Blog tour! Do i have a treat for you. Here is a Review of Diana's
First book in the Heavens Trilogy!

The Souls of the Rain (Heavens Trilogy #1)
Diana Nixon
Published: first published December 23rd 2013
Format:Kindle
Pages:245

Goodreads:

The secrets of the heavens had always been carefully guarded. Until one day when the angels realized that what they used to believe in was nothing but a cruel game between heaven and hell.

And Claire’s life is a part of that game too….

She is a guardian angel. She always thought that her existence was perfect. But perfection is a very relative term, and no one is protected from making mistakes.

Everything changes the moment Claire gets a new assignment. Guarding humans has never been easy, and this time won’t be an exception.
Alan Rosenford is a spoilt party-boy, whose life is a hurricane of risk and adrenaline rush. His soul is damaged, his heart is bleeding, and there are so many things he prefers to keep private….
The words they have never said before ….
The sins they have never committed….
How much does forgiveness of the heavens cost?
Or maybe even the heavens make mistakes?..

I am so happy to be on another of Diana's Blog tours. I love all of Diana's books so i couldn't wait to read this one. I had high expectations for this book because of how amazing Diana's bother books are and this book was far beyond my expectations.

Claire is a guardian angle and not just any guardian angle but one of the best! saving the lives of humans from demons for  hundreds of year and her new assignment a car racing , alcohol drinking , smoking party boy fueled by adrenaline risk taking. But Claire's life starts to get a little crazy when Alan can see her in her true form. When secrets about the heavens battle with hell start to emerge Clair is confused about who she can Trust, with a secretive, sly assistant around her, a fallen angel helping her, her powers changing and her feelings for Alan boarding the forbidden line  Claire's life is in turmoil!  with secrets about her past coming out will she be able to save herself from hell and stay in the heavens or has hell got its mark on her?

What can i say but wow wow wow! I was not expecting that. This was the first book i have Read about Angels and i loved it! As always Diana as spun a magic story of suspense, mystery and love. The story was amazing it was like nothing i have ever read! The plot was exceptional, normally i can guess the plot of a book but with this book you are constantly guessing you are given little bits of information like clues along the way but they don't make sense until the end , i was sat for the who book not knowing who to trust everyone seemed to have there secrets and motives, you are just hanging on  the edge of you seat the whole time not knowing what is going to happen. its like a story of forbidden fruit! you are hoping the characters will end up together and trying to find ways to bend the rules but no that the situation is hopeless and i think that entices you in even more. In true Diana fashion the ending is a massive cliff hanger i was sat just going ' no! you cant leave it like that' i can not wait for the next book so i can see what happens next! Diana is my favorite author and i love all of the books she has written but i can not decided if this has been my favorite book yet.

I loved all the characters in the book. Claire is an amazing female lead, she is strong, brave and witty. everything you would want from a main character . I like how throughout the book you can see her life changing and the emotions that go along with it, including the vulnerability.
Alan is an amazing character, i love how you see the harder side of him at first but see him come out of his shell the longer he spends with Claire, i enjoyed watching there relationship start to play out. Nolan was an amazing character he had me laughing the whole way through the book.

Amazing, mystifying, suspense and  Magic! A story of Love worth fighting heaven and hell for! A true masterpiece! I cant praise it enough!

I enjoyed the first book in the series so when i found the second one i had to read it. it was even better than the first one. from the first page i was gripped and could not stop reading! all the characters i loved from the first book when in this book plus more. I was happy that you got to see that Lexie has a happy ending with fate partner Torin.  I loved how the first book was werewolves and the second was mostly vampires. I enjoyed the plot and story-line i loved how Bradens past slowly unraveled as the book went on, all the time you had to guess on what little information you were given and try and drew a conclusion then you were given a little more information, all the way through you are hanging on the end of your seat not knowing who to trust or whats going to happen. I thought the book was amazing it was full of suspense, action, romance and surprise! everything you need in a good book!

I loved all the characters from the first book and i loved Liz and Braden. I thought Liz was a strong and brave lead female , not one those damsel in distress leads, she was funny and witty all the way through and i loved how she always wanted to be in on the action.  Braden was another amazing lead character, he was charming, shy, determined and passionate all in one!

This was am awesome book and i cant wait to read the next one!

He would have to win her heart all over again and prove to her soul that he was where she belonged.
If only her soul’s mate wasn’t right there standing in his way.

Pagan and Dank have fought the heavens and been to hell and back to keep there relationship but now dank has to fight a bit harder. when pagan has all of her memories of dank removed their relationship is under-threat.  For ever Soul its mate is created and for Pagans soul dank is not her souls mate.  mate?

I couldn't wait to read this book i had read the rest in the series and i so badly wanted to see the conclusion. like the other three books in the series i really enjoyed the book, i thought that the story-lines as really good and i was hook all the way through. as always i enjoyed all the characters and got really involved in there  stories.  I was disappoint a bout a few things, first been when i read the description of how Pagans memories where taken from her and dank must fight fir her loved against her souls mate i was expecting it to be a fifity- fifty omg you don't no who she is going to pick and dank might lose. but i was never under the impression that he might lose her, her soul mate was her ex who all the way though she showed no interest in actually having more than a friendship with.  the second was the use of leif, he appears in the story a few time speaking to pagan twice but only once tries to get back at dank, i thought he could have been used better. when i got to the end of the story i was like omg, i thought for a moment it was going to be left at an unbelievable end,  Dont get me wrong i love the happy ending but that would have been an unbelievable ending.

i loved dank in this book, him trying to win pagan back is the cutest thing you will see, he is so swoonworthy, i loved the jokey, free relationship they have in this book, i think pagan is more confident in this book.  Gee is equally as funny and i loved her in this book.

another awesome book and i think it tied all of the books together nicely

Happy New Year Everyone!

What a Year its been, its taken me two days to catch up on reviews from last year. I took a break from blogging as i went through a break up, new job, being seriously ill and a new relationship but finally am back at my computer and back reading! so here are some of the book am going to read in January!

Ceaseless (Existence Trilogy #3)

Goodreads

Delirium (Delirium #1)

Goodreads
Lena Haloway is content in her safe, government-managed society. She feels (mostly) relaxed about the future in which her husband and career will be decided, and looks forward to turning 18, when she’ll be cured of deliria, a.k.a. love. She tries not to think about her mother’s suicide (her last words to Lena were a forbidden “I love you”) or the supposed “Invalid” community made up of the uncured just beyond her Portland, Maine, border. There’s no real point—she believes her government knows how to best protect its people, and should do so at any cost. But 95 days before her cure, Lena meets Alex, a confident and mysterious young man who makes her heart flutter and her skin turn red-hot. As their romance blossoms, Lena begins to doubt the intentions of those in power, and fears that her world will turn gray should she submit to the procedure. In this powerful and beautifully written novel, Lauren Oliver, the bestselling author of Before I Fall
, throws readers into a tightly controlled society where options don’t exist, and shows not only the lengths one will go for a chance at freedom, but also the true meaning of sacrifice.

The Hobbit (Middle-Earth Universe)

Goodreads
In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.Written for J.R.R. Tolkien’s own children,
The Hobbit met with instant critical acclaim when it was first published in 1937. Now recognized as a timeless classic, this introduction to the hobbit Bilbo Baggins, the wizard Gandalf, Gollum, and the spectacular world of Middle-earth recounts of the adventures of a reluctant hero, a powerful and dangerous ring, and the cruel dragon Smaug the Magnificent. The text in this 372-page paperback edition is based on that first published in Great Britain by Collins Modern Classics (1998), and includes a note on the text by Douglas A. Anderson (2001). Unforgettable!

Goodreads: "She was mine. I owned her soul…until Death stole her heart."
LEIF is a novella from the Existence series. It is glimpses into Leif's point-of-view during both Existence and Predestined.

When a Soul is close to death Leif's father give him the option let her die or save her and she is yours, Leif spends his life looking after Pagan  making sure he is cared for and protected. when she is 17 it is time for her soul to go to him... but there is one problem  the soul he 'owns' and loves is in love with another. He spends all his time trying to get pagan to love him, and once he has pagan in his possession he must make the decision whether to let her go or not.

I really enjoyed this book, it is Leif's side of Existence and Predestined. I have to admit in Predestined i hated Leif, i thought he was selfish and horrible but this book helps you see a different side. i will still say i don't like him and i still think he is selfish but you do see that he loved pagan and he did want the best for her . you also see the anguish he goes through letting Pagan go.

If you enjoyed the other books in the series i would definitely recommend this book. it gives you a whole new view on Leif.
brilliant book

Goodreads: You would think after helping save her boyfriend from an eternity in Hell that things would go back to normal. Well, as normal as life can be when you can see souls and your boyfriend is Death. But for Pagan Moore, things are just getting weirder.
The high school quarterback and reigning heartthrob, Leif Montgomery, is missing. While the town is in a frenzy of worry, Pagan is a nervous wreck for other reasons. Apparently good ‘ol Leif isn’t your average teenage boy. He isn’t even human. According to Death, Leif doesn’t have a soul. The quarterback may have skipped town but he’s still showing up in Pagan’s dreams... uninvited.
Dank has known from the beginning Leif wasn’t human. But he hadn’t worried about a simple soulless creature. Now, he realizes he made a grave mistake. Pagan’s soul has been marked since birth as a restitution, to a spirit so dark not even Death walks near it. Dank knows saving Pagan’s soul won’t be easy but Pagan is his. And he’s already proven he’ll defy Heaven to keep her. If Hell wants a piece of him too, then bring it on.

After finding out that her ex boyfriend isn't human pagan's life is only getting stranger, Leif is missing and has the town in a panic. however he is appearing in her dreams manipulating them to show that he has been  in her life since she was younger. when Death identified Leif as soulless he had now idea how much more trouble pagan was in, it turns out her soul has been marked as Leif's as part of a restitution since she was a child but dank wont take this lying down pagan is his and her soul belongs with him. but when people she loves start dying pagan sacrifices her self to Leif to save them. when Death finds out that Leif has taken Pagan to the land of the spirits he is furious and threatens to tear the world apart  to get her back, but can he? will Death get Pagan back or is she destined to spend her life in the land of spirits ?

I couldn't wait to read this book after reading the first one, i loved the Existence so much i had high expectations for this book and it did not disappoint it was more adventurous and exciting than the first.

like Existence i loved the uniqueness of the story. The book had me hooked from cover to cover. the story is action packed and full of adventure and suspense. I was hanging on the edge of my seat all the way through the story. in some parts i was sat going no! that didn't just happen.  I loved the contrast of suspense, action and romance.  there were some bits i want to cry at.  over all it was a brilliant book with a well written, exciting story-line.

All of the characters you fell in love with in the first book are just as amazing is book. i think Pagan is an amazing lead female in this book she is strong and determined, Dank is equally as swoon worthy, i loved the determination  you seen when he is going to get Pagan.

all in all this was an amazing book i have Leif on my kindle so i'll be starting that today.

Goodreads:What happens when you're stalked by Death? You fall in love with him, of course.
Pagan Moore doesn't cheat Death, but instead, falls in love with him.Seventeen year old Pagan Moore has seen souls her entire life. Once she realized the strangers she often saw walking through walls were not visible to anyone else, she started ignoring them. If she didn't let them know she could see them, then they left her alone. Until she stepped out of her car the first day of school and saw an incredibly sexy guy lounging on a picnic table, watching her with an amused smirk on his face. Problem is, she knows he's dead.

Not only does he not go away when she ignores him, but he does something none of the others have ever done. He speaks. Pagan is fascinated by the soul. What she doesn't realize is that her appointed time to die is drawing near and the wickedly beautiful soul she is falling in love with is not a soul at all.
He is Death and he's about to break all the rules.

Pagan is a normal girl with a normal life apart from  one thing....she can see souls. Things become more abnormal when one day a soul decides to speak to her. Trying to forget about her new stalker pagan tries to concentrate on her studies.......which is hard when the king of the school is asking for tutoring.  Pagan finds that Leif is not so bad and allows herself to get close to him, when she is not  tutoring leif she is talking to her new spirit friend Dank who she is becoming used to.  Her life takes a further dramatic twist when she is in a horrific car accident doctors say she should never have survived. Awaking in the hospital she finds the soul shes becoming depending on in the room and leif in the awaiting area with a question to ask her....   with her new boyfriend and her guardian soul around her things seem perfect until more talking souls start to show up and this ones have a different agenda..... There here to kill. With a secret surrounding Dank and a shocking truth about Leif who can she trust to help her?

I've had this book on my kindle for ages i have to admit the only reason i bought the book was i loved the front cover, but i have to say the book was amazing! i was so surprised it was like nothing i have read before! i thought it was amazingly written, the plot was fantastic, normally am good at predicting a plot line but this one kept me guessing the whole way. I was mesmerized by the story as i have never read anything like this! The end! i couldn't believe the end! it was such a shocking moment  i was like "no, you cant leave it like that" i got the 2nd book straightaway! and am currently reading it.
I seriously can not big up this book enough! the story literally is amazing.

you will love all the characters! Pagan is a great female lead, shes brave, funny and witty. Dank is funny but has that mysterious handsome trait. he is swoon worthy, dangerous and cute all at once.

I would really recommend this book. i have read a lot of good books but this was amazing and like nothing i have read before

couldn't wait to get my hands on this book so on payday it happened to appear on my kindle. After the end of the last book i was chomping at the bit to read it and boy oh boy it did not disappoint! I loved how the story picked up from the last book and as always  you got little snip-its of information when required to keep up with the story and that's all so your constantly guessing. I couldn't get enough of this book from beginning to end, i was reading some of it going ‘ no! Just no that can not be happening’  i loved how the book jumped from romance to action to helplessness to determination, you are clinging to the end of your seat throughout the book amazed at what is happening.  The book like the rest of the series is amazingly written and the plot is equally amazing. It was a bit slow starting but you needed the information to understand the book. There are parts of the book when you cant believe what is happening , you feel every emotion the characters go through. I could not believe the end! OMG i was speechless, without a doubt this has been the best book in the series. At some points i want to scream as characters you trusted from the beginning have a shady secret but shhhhh you will have to read that for yourself!

I promise if you fell in love with daemon in obsidian you will love him even more in this book! the determination and love he has for kat will have your heart melting! It is unusual in this book to see a more helpless side to daemon when he is trying to get kat back, but his arrogant self is there especially when he is burning the world down to get kat back. I loved kat in this book she was as amazing and strong as always. there a few new characters who i promise you will love!

If you haven't read this book then do it! what are you waiting for?
amazing, heart warming, action packed!
